Terra Encantada (Enchanted Land)

Terra Encantada is a favela located on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the dangerous Baixada Fluminense, where the last major massacre carried out by the police occurred. This became known as the Baixada Fluminense Massacre. There, residents live without any basic conditions for a dignified life. The children play on open swage patches of land.
